CREALIS

CREALIS® is the well-proven configuration system for manufacturers of variants in mechanical engineering, plant construction, and automobile industry as well as in automation and ancillary industries. CREALIS® CPQ is the standard software from ORISA Software GmbH that fulfils all requirements for product configurators, quotation configurators and variant configurators. All functions of a CPQ application are fully supported with CREALIS®. This includes the configuration of any products in multi-level configuration models, the mapping of dependencies between the different levels of the configuration, pricing across the entire bill of materials and the creation of complex quotation documents including all necessary additional documents. Typical integration scenarios place CREALIS® CPQ as the central interface between the connected systems. CREALIS® CPQ can therefore be connected to various CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. A sales employee starts the configuration from the CRM with a selected customer, configures the individual shopping basket and feeds the result back into the CRM system. This results in a seamless sales process. Whether the order process is then triggered from the CRM into the ERP or directly from CREALIS® CPQ depends on the process requirements of the respective application. If the existing CRM system is too unwieldy for sales or if the company is not yet using CRM, CREALIS® CRM offers an optimal solution for mapping the necessary sales views such as customer activities, opportunities and quotation tracking. The product configuration can be supplied with data from various systems such as ERP, PIM or CMS, whereby the principle of the single source of data is consistently taken into account. The data is managed centrally in the CREALIS® PDM product data management system, which is the upstream data interface for CREALIS® CPQ. CREALIS® PDM offers all the functions needed to maintain the structures required for the configuration of complex products and to enrich and optimise the data from the upstream systems. Automatically import your own product catalogue with GS1 DPPora reduces manual data entry by automatically importing available product identity information and photographs from Verified by GS1. Customers submit evidence that they hold the relevant GS1 licence, or are authorised to act for its holder. DPPora reviews the evidence before enabling access. Once approved, customers can import their own GTIN-bearing products in bulk, with each GTIN checked against an approved licence. Available GS1 identity information and images automatically populate the product and passport. GS1-sourced fields remain read-only, while customers add materials, supporting evidence and other passport content. Source values retain their original language. Available information varies by GTIN. Some GS1 records contain licence information only, and photographs depend on the availability of the source image. GS1 verification applies to the sourced product identity information—not the entire passport, publisher-supplied claims or regulatory compliance. Connect your existing product data CSV and Excel imports and direct Shopify and Pimcore Datahub connectors are available on every plan, including Free. Customers can map fields, select products and import product details and images without rebuilding their catalogue manually. GTIN-bearing imports use the approved-licence GS1 verification workflow. Product information retrieved from GS1 remains protected from editing, while other product and passport fields remain available for completion. With Pimcore, customers choose their product fields and import selected product details and images into DPPora storage. These are import workflows; ongoing automatic synchronisation is not currently offered. Import limits and passport allowances apply. Teams can review drafts before publication and maintain the record as information changes. Product, batch and individual-item passports support different levels of identification, subject to product-category restrictions. Publish through stable QR links Published passports provide mobile-friendly product information through stable URLs and QR links while hosted. Numbered version history preserves earlier published records, while lifecycle statuses help communicate the current state of a passport. Published passports with valid GTINs support GS1 Digital Link through DPPora’s hosted resolver. Eligible plans also support company-branded resolver links through a dedicated subdomain. Work across languages DPPora supports Digital Product Passports in 27 languages, helping businesses present product information across markets through one maintained passport destination. GS1 source values remain in their original language to preserve the information retrieved from GS1. Integrate through the Customer API Professional and Enterprise include a read/write Customer API for retrieving and creating products, updating product details and updating supported passport content. API keys are restricted to the organisation’s own records and assigned permissions. GTIN-bearing imports use the same approved-licence GS1 verification and locked source fields as other import routes. The Customer API cannot publish passports or submit EU Registry records.
