Hey! Curious about employee perks tools with mobile app adoption rates exceeding 50% among active users. If employees aren't opening the app regularly, the program isn't really working. These are the ones from the employee perks software category that seem to take mobile seriously from what I've come across:
- Vantage Circle: Rewards, recognition, and wellness in one app, giving employees multiple reasons to return regularly.
- Wellable: Built around mobile participation through wellness challenges, activity logging, and team progress tracking.
- Perkbox: Consumer-grade mobile UI that reviewers highlight, especially since most discount redemptions happen in real-world settings.
- Circula: Strong mobile experience for day-to-day spend and benefits, keeping it visible beyond a monthly login.
Has mobile adoption been something you've actively tracked in your perks rollout? Would love to know which platforms held up and what actually drove employees to keep coming back.
Usage depends heavily on whether the platform supports everyday actions like recognition, wallet access, redemptions, wellness tracking, or benefits claims.
The tools that usually sustain mobile engagement are the ones tied to frequent employee moments, not just occasional perk browsing. Push reminders, manager participation, simple redemption flows, and mobile-first onboarding often matter as much as the platform itself.
Hi G2 community! Looking into Employee Perks platforms and benefits rewards software that integrates seamlessly with ADP or HR and finance platforms HRIS systems. HRIS integration keeps coming up as a make-or-break requirement for HR teams, and a perks platform that sits outside the stack creates more admin work than it saves. A few options from the Employee Perks Software category that seem to handle this well:
- Vantage Circle: Known for broad integration support across HRIS and payroll systems including ADP. Does the sync cover bidirectional employee data, or is it mostly one-way for roster updates?
- Wellable: Positions itself as HRIS-friendly with support for popular platforms. Does the integration actually reduce admin time or add another layer to manage?
- Paychex: Already sits deep in payroll and HR workflows, which gives it a natural integration advantage. How well does it handle the perks and rewards side beyond its core payroll function?
- Perkbox: Comes up often for teams running it alongside existing HR platforms. Is the integration smooth enough that HR doesn't have to manually reconcile employee lists?
- Circula: Built around expense and benefits workflows, so finance and HR platform integration is core to the product. Does it extend well to perks management or is it stronger on the spend side?
If you've connected any of these to ADP or another HRIS, how was the setup experience? Has the integration held up as your employee count changed?
I’d rather find out whether the integration is one-way or bidirectional, how often data syncs, what fields are supported, and whether finance teams can export rewards, stipends, or reimbursement data without manual cleanup. The best fit is usually the platform that reduces recurring admin work, not just the one with the longest integration list.
I am an agricultural business that is trying to find a payroll provider that can support our need for 941 and 943 filings. Can OnPay handle both, and is there any additional cost for the 943 filing?
