Memberships renew on their own. Members pay by SEPA Direct Debit, MB Way, Multibanco or card, and every payment issues a certified fatura with ATCUD and QR code, ready for e-fatura and SAF-T. Stryde charges 0% commission on what a gym collects; the payment processor's standard fees still apply. Every paid plan includes members and their full history, the class timetable with waiting lists, QR check-in, a workout library, notifications and the branded member app on iOS and Android.
