TIMP Reviews & Product Details

TIMP is an all-in-one management and booking platform built for fitness centres, pilates studios, yoga studios, physiotherapy clinics and personal training businesses. Its core job is simple: take the admin work off your plate so you and your team spend more time with clients and less time chasing calls, payments and paperwork. The platform combines three solutions in one place. A control panel gives owners and managers the full picture: real-time calendar, revenue tracking, occupancy reports, accounting and electronic invoicing. A branded client app lets members book sessions, pay, reschedule, sign documents and check their history 24/7, with no need to call or message the front desk. A professional app gives trainers, physiotherapists and instructors their daily schedule, time tracking, session notes and client management tools right from their phone. What changes when a studio switches to TIMP? On average, centres save 25 hours a week on admin. Schedules stop being a bottleneck: recurring bookings, automatic waiting lists that fill cancellations instantly, and SMS, email and push reminders that cut no-shows by 25%. Payments change too. With in-app payments and automated recurring billing, centres see 50% fewer unpaid sessions. Less chasing, more predictable revenue. TIMP is fully adapted to the Spanish and Italian markets, with compliant electronic invoicing built in and local-language support teams. The platform is GDPR compliant by design, with encrypted client and patient data. Every new centre gets a dedicated onboarding agent who configures TIMP over a video call. No setup manuals, no going it alone. From a one-room pilates studio to a multi-location fitness chain, the platform scales without multiplying admin work. Launched in Valencia in 2014, TIMP is now used by over 2,400 centres across 13 countries, supported by a team that combines software engineering with real fitness-industry experience.
