For any B2B business, lead generation and MQL conversions become a root cause of worry, so much so that nobody even eats anything before the first standup of the day.

Question on: Constant Contact
[What are the best platforms for managing event sponsorships?](/discussions/what-are-the-best-platforms-for-managing-event-sponsorships)

I came across a few top-rated options in the [event marketing](https://www.g2.com/categories/event-marketing) space on G2 and wanted to get input from folks who’ve used these to manage sponsorships. We’re looking for something that balances attendee engagement with sponsor visibility and makes it easier to handle logistics without too much manual work.

- [Constant Contact](https://www.g2.com/products/constant-contact/reviews) – Known for its email marketing strength, but does it cover sponsor management well?
- [Eventbrite](https://www.g2.com/products/eventbrite/reviews) – Great for ticketing and promotion, but how flexible is it for sponsor activations?
- [Cvent Event Marketing & Management](https://www.g2.com/products/cvent-event-marketing-management/reviews) – Strong enterprise features. Is it overkill for mid-sized events?
- [Webex Events & Webinars](https://www.g2.com/products/webex-events-webinars/reviews) – Cisco-backed with virtual event capabilities. How good is the sponsor experience?
- [GoTo Webinar](https://www.g2.com/products/goto-webinar/reviews) – Easy setup and wide adoption. Does it provide enough analytics for sponsor ROI?
- [BigMarker](https://www.g2.com/products/bigmarker/reviews) – Flexible webinars and virtual conferences. Is sponsor integration smooth?

If you’ve organized events with any of these, which platform did you find most effective for securing and managing sponsorships? Were there trade-offs or surprises along the way? I’d love to hear what worked best in real-world use. Thank you!

When you say events do you mean webinars?

Goldcast is definitely a good one! ON24 is also a very highly recommended one. I think you can also use social media platforms directly to cast live or record and upload such as YouTube or LinkedIn of course.

I guess it depends on the objectives, levels of capabilities you need and what kind of scale it is. If it's an enterprise wide thing, you probably want something more comprehensive especially with integrations with a CRM.

Question on: EventMobi
[What do you find is the best way to keep guests engaged in a virtual event , using your platform?](/discussions/52186-what-do-you-find-is-the-best-way-to-keep-guests-engaged-in-a-virtual-event-using-your-platform)

Which elements work better, the chat, or seperate rooms?

Hey Lauren - sorry for the delay in replying. While this may be moot for your event, I want to allow other G2 users to maybe take some inspiration for their event. From our data, it becomes apparent there is no single answer. The main important element here is: every component you use should have a clear goal. So opening up an Interactive Breakout Room, just because you can, will not bring your event any value. Instead, think about what you want to achieve. Allowing the chat to happen besides a live session is, in my humble opinion, almost non-negotiable. Remote events can be a lonely affair for event attendees, and the chat, quite often, keeps a feeling of belonging and connection. Some of our clients are worried the chat may distract the attendees. That fear is justified, but the negative of not having a chat outweighs that. Instead, we recommend having a person from your team on chat who not only interacts with your attendees but can also highlight cool things that have been said in your sessions as a way of stimulating a meaningful exchange when the interaction is low. This is totally common and not cheating, I promise :-) This brings me to our breakout rooms: in live events, there is no escaping from the interaction. Attendees cannot disappear in thin air. Traditionally, people would go to the washroom or smoke break to get some quiet, but as you may have learned yourself, even then, there is a reasonable likelihood of interaction. This doesn't work for virtual events. I can literally disappear as an attendee, and subsequently, I will if I don't have any interest in exchange. So this is why you need to give talks a purpose. Schedule them, provide attendees with a task or theme the rooms. That way, you make it more attractive for the attendees to partake in exchanges. If you want to go all-in, feel free to have a member of your team or a member of your company or association be the host of a room and get people involved. TL;DR: Chat is essential for live events. Separate rooms provide a more valuable exchange, but only if you set them up for success. Hope that helps, Thorben with EventMobi

Question on: InEvent
[Why does it delete Attendees when the list is imported](/discussions/37217-why-does-it-delete-attendees-when-the-list-is-imported)

When importing attendee you must have all current attendee plus new ones. Make it so that you only need to add the new attendees without having the add the current ones. If you only add new attendees it is possible that you will delete current attendee.

Hi Tyler, Thanks for letting us know about this! So, to clarify here, InEvent does have a bulk upload option for your attendees for you to add people via a spreadsheet. When you upload people this way, it will add them to the list of current attendees; it is not necessary to use a 'master list' as such each time. Attendee info can be updated in bulk if you are using the same unique identifier (mainly username), however, it will not delete attendees. You can also add attendees individually, by clicking +Add Person person in People\>Attendees. If you would like to see if an attendee was removed, you can check this in Analytics\>Audit Reports. There, you can find every action undertaken on your event, like a footprint. Thank you for your feedback and for trusting InEvent to host your virtual event.
