Useful list for HR professionals, Brittany!
Hello Brittany, you argued the topic very well, but I would like to ask a few counter questions:
- You have listed many tools that are AI based, what did you find lacking in them that wasn't good?
- Why did you try so many? Curiosity/personal culture or lack of functions?
- What is your definition for "more efficient, fair, and engaging workplace?"
Hi Brittany, I'm pointing out this G2 article that I think you might be interested in!

Hey folks,
I’ve been helping a few TA teams evaluate diversity recruiting platforms that actually scale — the kind that go beyond metrics and help build more inclusive pipelines. I pulled insights from G2’s latest Diversity Recruiting Software Grid to see which tools stand out for large orgs managing complex hiring needs. Here’s what stood out from the leaders:
- Greenhouse: easily the category leader; loved for structured hiring, inclusive interview design, and analytics that help teams track DEI goals across departments.
- hackajob: great for sourcing and engaging underrepresented tech talent; works well for teams hiring at scale in engineering or data roles.
- Lever: combines ATS and CRM features with strong diversity reporting; great for visibility across sourcing channels.
- Gem: excels in outreach automation and analytics; helps large recruiting teams track diversity ratios across funnel stages.
- RippleMatch: strong for campus and early-career hiring; automates candidate matching with diversity in mind.
- PowerToFly: community-focused platform connecting companies with diverse, remote-ready candidates across multiple fields.
I based this mostly on G2 satisfaction and market presence data, plus user feedback on how these tools improve inclusive sourcing and pipeline visibility. Wanted to share this with the community and get some feedback based on your experience.
Which diversity recruiting tools have actually helped you reach underrepresented talent at scale? Curious what’s worked best for large or global teams.
