How it works

odds-api.net

odds-api.net provides sports and racing odds data for developers building comparison tools, dashboards, alerts, analytics and betting software. A single authenticated API delivers normalized bookmaker prices, event information and market data. Developers can retrieve JSON snapshots through REST endpoints or receive pre-match updates through SSE and WebSocket streams. Paid plans include positive EV and arbitrage feeds, with bookmaker access and usage limits defined by the selected plan. Historical odds and line movement are available as an add-on. The developer package includes OpenAPI documentation, TypeScript and Python SDKs, Postman examples and an MCP server for agent workflows. Monthly plans start at US$30, with hard usage caps by default. The service covers sports and racing and does not currently provide in-play odds.

OddsRelay

OddsRelay is an odds-data API for businesses. It serves odds from 140+ bookmakers, 60+ of them live in the UK & Ireland through one keyed REST API, as two co-equal products: each bookmaker's raw prices, and matched feeds where every bookmaker back price is already paired with the best lay price on Betfair, Smarkets, Matchbook and BETDAQ and the liquidity available at that lay (six feed types: Standard, Each-way, Extra place, Best odds guaranteed (BOG), Dutching and 2Up). bet365 is included in every plan. It is the data behind oddsmatchers, arbitrage and value tools, trading tools, and tipster and comparison sites. The feed applies no ratings. Products like these serve other people, so they run on Enterprise. Every product on sale meets a maximum update time of 10–20 s: how old a bookmaker's price can be when it reaches you. Each response carries its own time, so you can check it on your own events. The feed is pre-match and pull only (no websocket or webhook on self-serve plans), with UK and Irish prices only and no price history or closing prices. Start on the Free plan: 50,000 tokens for 14 days, no card, then no tokens until you choose a plan, on the same key. Paid plans for your own use from £19 a month. A product that serves others runs on Enterprise, from £750 a month. Docs and the OpenAPI contract are public at oddsrelay.io/docs. OddsRelay is a data supplier, not an operator, and takes no bets.

PointRover

PointRover gives the AI assistant a small business already uses the world outside its books. The books record what already happened. Price moves, labor shifts, trade changes and events start upstream, weeks or months before they reach an invoice or a payroll run. Big companies pay analysts to watch for that; PointRover gives a small business's assistant the same job. Name the business and its address, and PointRover builds a board for it in about an hour: what the business buys and what it costs upstream, what its trade charges and earns and where competitors' pricing is going, what its roles pay locally and nationally, the duties on what it imports and when they last changed, when its year is busy and quiet, and the weather alerts, recalls and trade actions reaching its own locations. Every figure comes from the official record and carries a receipt back to its source, so anyone can check it. The board is a hosted MCP connector. Add https://pointrover.com/mcp in Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that accepts a custom connector, sign in, and the assistant can ask what changed since it last looked. No code. For AI agencies, the map is built once per client and kept current, so the agent stops rebuilding the client's world on every question.

RentViewer Asset Management Studio for Real Estate

RentViewer is a portfolio reporting platform built for multifamily and manufactured housing owner-operators. RentViewer connects to your property management system - Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, or Rent Manager - and automatically delivers the dashboards and reports your asset management team needs to run a better portfolio.
