I’m interested in AI chatbots that go beyond basic support and actively drive customer engagement. The right platform should create conversations that feel personal, encourage repeat interactions, and integrate well with the channels customers already use. Here are some of the options I’m reviewing:
- ChatGPT: Flexible enough to power personalized conversations when integrated into customer workflows. Some teams use it to craft dynamic engagement scripts or tailor responses to individual customer histories. I’d like to hear if it holds up well for sustained engagement over time.
- Gemini: Designed to handle complex queries with context awareness. I’d like to know if its conversational depth helps sustain ongoing engagement, keeping customers active throughout their journey rather than resetting at every interaction.
- Podium: Positioned as a customer communication hub, Podium uses messaging, review requests, and follow-ups to stay connected with customers. I’m curious if these touchpoints actually translate into stronger loyalty and repeat business.
