The depth of analysis on the conversations with clients

I love how Zocks seamlessly integrates with my phone system, Teams, Zoom, and in-person meetings. It's very easy to turn on and activate, and then go through the notes it takes after meetings. Capturing proper notes on phone calls is a huge challenge, but Zocks takes all the notes so I don't have to, making things easier for me. The initial setup of Zocks was very easy as well.

I love that Zocks gives a comprehensive summary so that I don't have to try and recreate it or remember it after the meeting. I like that it gives me follow-up tasks without me having to remember, which allows me to be more present in meetings, especially with clients. It makes it so I don't need a separate physical assistant with me in the room, freeing up my assistant to work on other things instead of just sitting in a meeting to take notes.
