I really like that Zocks is incredibly easy to use and it picks up way more than I would ever remember to take notes about. It solves the problem of me having to write notes during a meeting and instead lets me focus on listening. The accuracy of the notes it takes in meetings is impressive and gives me a great sense of security knowing that I can review everything later. The follow-up emails it prepares are also great, and I've used them several times, just modifying them a bit to suit my style. The way Zocks breaks down the important points of the meeting and follow-up opportunities is incredibly helpful. Also, the setup process was very easy and intuitive, even for someone who isn't computer savvy.

I like how intuitive the Zocks user interface is. The site is fairly easy to understand and navigate, and it accurately summarizes client meetings without advisors having to spend extra time dictating. It’s easy to go back and review previous meetings when preparing for a new one. The fact that the program does not require excessive input from advisors and their teams means it saves time. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and did not require any excess work.

Very good meeting prep and strong capture of conversation so I can focus on the prospect / client interaction.
