I like that Zocks filters out non-financial information, which makes finding necessary information much easier and direct. I appreciate the task list feature because it helps our office keep track of everything we need to do for a client, when to follow up, and the timelines set during meetings. Having each person identified makes the summary and task list clear, indicating who is responsible for what information and who said what. The integration with Zoom and Redtail is really useful; it allows us to transfer meeting summaries to Redtail, making it easier to find them under each client's profile and serving as a permanent reminder of past discussions. With many meetings happening through Zoom, I find having the note-taker there automatically is very convenient.

Using Zocks has been fantastic for recapping meetings with clients. Financial planning often has lots of moving parts and detailed information, so having technology that can literally collect all of it and synthesize it in an easy-to-understand way has been amazing.

I like the customization of templates in Zocks because it allows us to tailor them to how we prefer to layout our notes. I also love the Document Intelligence feature. Even though sometimes it's slow or doesn't work, when it does work, it's fantastic. Additionally, the initial setup of Zocks for my team was very easy.
