The summaries are very well written and beautifully formatted, making them easy and pleasant to read. I liked the ability to download a PDF. Summaries arrived quickly. Pricing was reasonable, although higher than competitors. AI worked great at summarizing and understanding conversations. I didn't integrate it into other applications so can't speak to that and never had any interface with support.

What I like best about Zocks is how much time it saves before and after client meetings. The AI-generated meeting summaries and action items are accurate enough that I spend far less time taking notes or organizing follow-up tasks manually. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to review conversations, search for key topics, and access client information without digging through pages of notes. It also integrates well into our existing workflow, so adopting it required very little onboarding. Overall, Zocks has helped improve consistency in our client documentation, reduced administrative work, and allowed me to spend more time focused on clients instead of paperwork.
