I like the ease of using Zocks. I appreciate the recording capabilities and the integrations it offers. It solves the problem of not having notes and does a great job updating tasks easily through its link with Redtail, savings documents in Sharepoint, and updating eMoney. The Zocks team was incredibly helpful during the setup, answering every question and explaining things well, which was a big reason I signed up.

Ilike the fact that Zocks is able to be integrated into many of the other platforms we use. This offers my team the ability to streamline not only our processes, but our understanding of client needs across memebers.
