I really appreciate the Pre-Meeting prep feature in Zocks. It's amazing because it's automated and it collects everything from all the connected sites for you. This saves me time since I don't have to visit 3 or 4 different sites to gather information. All the information is presented in a nice format, so I only need to check Zocks for what I need. The initial setup was pretty easy too, though mapping to Salesforce requires some backend knowledge.

What I like most now is that the follow-up drafts give me a starting point, which is helpful since I'm still developing my client voice. Having something to react to is much better than staring at a blank email. The search output has taught me what a complete client record should look like, making me better at knowing what to ask in the room. It fits into the CRM we already use, so there was nothing new to learn there, and it is quick, which helps me stay efficient even if I'm sometimes slower than my senior colleagues. The setup was easy and required no technical skill or API code. The support was patient with us, even when we asked basic questions.
