I love that Zocks handles what happens around my client meetings by picking up on what is discussed, keeping our records current, and writing the first draft of emails I need to send. One of the best features is the speed; my follow-ups now land the same day, which is crucial because clients have noticed how on top of things I seem. The email drafts pick up specifics from our conversation rather than being generic, and they align closely with my style of voice. It also analyzes conversations precisely, saving me a couple of hours that I'd otherwise spend manually going through the transcripts. The setup was quick and easy, thanks to the installation wizard, which required no technical experience.

I love that Zocks has a very easy interface to use and integrates with a lot of other technologies that I utilize. It helps keep information up to date and relevant for all my clients and just helps me be as prepared as possible for meetings and follow-up work. I also find it very helpful that it can integrate with my email and calendar, so meetings are automatically set up when I send invites, and it automatically joins through Teams. It can pull data through our reporting software for up-to-date numbers for clients, helping me form decisions. The initial setup was also very easy, which made the transition smooth.
