the Meeting summary is extremely accurate and reliable and I don't have to spend a lot of time editing and making corrections. The integrations cover most of the relevant technologies within my tech stack. Our implementation team has been great to work with and has been very supportive and a great partner to us.

I find Zocks genuinely very useful for making us more present in client meetings and not having to remember every detail or jot down things on the back of napkins. It centralizes meeting notes so we can easily refer back to them. It's also helpful to have all the meeting notes together in one place instead of random notes scattered in the CRM. I particularly like the client query feature, where I can search through Zocks meetings and the CRM to find specific details, like withdrawals from a client's IRA. The ability to sync tasks into Redtail without copying and pasting is helpful. The setup was pretty intuitive for me since I'm fairly tech-savvy.

The IA layer is the most interesting part for me, as it enables more efficient process validation. Overall, the platform feels robust, and I really appreciate its process automation and management features. It also provides key information about meetings, and that functionality has noticeably improved productivity across the board.
