Zocks is very detailed in the information it provides. As an analyst is it very helpful to have all the small details about clients or conversations between the client and advisor when prepping for a meeting.

My favorite part is how quickly it generates summaries to be able to send out our group if needed or notes to review personally. Its ability to link information to Redtail is also beneficial. I like that it can connect directly to your mircosoft calendar as well as cell phone if needed. If there is an issue I know I have support from Zocks and my personal relationship manager right away. They provide quick and easy assistance. The AI is very accurate and I trust it when using it as notes

I really appreciate Zocks for its customized note-taking abilities based on the type of meeting.
