I primarily like that SpendHound is free. It has a lot of features, does everything we need, and the service level is always very high. The tool's ability to track our SaaS software contracts by looking at NetSuite data directly, and contracts uploaded into it, is a standout feature. It detects contracts and the metadata automatically, which saves me a lot of time. The procurement guidance and assistance also saves us money because we can enter deals with sales reps with both eyes open rather than always being on the back foot. Additionally, SpendHound integrates well with NetSuite to automatically detect contracts. The initial setup was very easy, with SpendHound having many resources available to make everything work smoothly, which made the setup for our company very light.

What I like most about SpendHound is how it makes something that’s usually pretty messy—tracking and optimizing SaaS spend—feel simple and actionable. Instead of digging through spreadsheets or multiple tools, everything is centralized and easy to understand, which makes it much faster to spot savings opportunities. It also feels very practical—like it’s built with real operators in mind, not just for reporting but for actually making better decisions.
