SpendHound is an incredibly helpful organization tool for SaaS subscriptions. I like the connection to our ERP because it helps make sure that you're capturing all of your major vendors and placing them in a reliable review process. The assignments to various team members is also a great feature, and it makes it easy to sort and organize the vendors by department or owner. The platform was pretty intuitive, and it's helped me automate renewal reminders so that we don't accidentally renew for services that we're not using. The platform is provided to me at no cost, and I'm receiving a fair amount of value. I would expect a bit more if this required a paid subscription, but at no cost I think it's a great resource.
