I find SpendHound really helpful for tracking all different applications we use and seeing how much we're spending on them. It's great that it can cross-reference if we're using any redundant apps, allowing us to eliminate those and save some money. I actually like their team a lot. Working with Ross and his team is enjoyable because they're really on top of things, providing advice on apps we can use or get rid of. I love the platform itself and I really enjoy working with their team. The biggest feature I value is the ability to see what we're spending money on, which helps us break everything down and save money. Setting up SpendHound was very easy, and their team is amazing.

We use SpendHound to manage vendor contracts and renewals. It tracks all our vendor data, automatically alerts us 3 months before renewals, and benchmarks what similar companies pay for the same tools. The main use case has been getting negotiation support ahead of renewals — they've helped us build cases for vendors like Salesforce and Dropbox. It's also fully free, which is why we're evaluating it as a potential replacement for Tropic.

I really appreciate how easy SpendHound is to use and how straightforward it was to implement.
