I find SpendHound to be very user-friendly and a straightforward platform, which offers great value. I appreciate the new vendor request form and the dashboard of all vendors, which provide clear visibility into all third-party vendor spend. The initial setup was very quick, taking less than a week.

Procurement Workflows That Make Renewals Effortless

Since they added procurement workflows, it's been a game changer. The fact that subscription information can automatically populate and initiate renewal conversations with stakeholders is so helpful. They are also responsive to feature enhancements/requests. That said, their customer experience team is also great - always responsive and knowledgeable.

Benchmarking Made Effective with Stellar Support

I like SpendHound's customer service, especially their ability to file contracts and populate fields. I also really appreciate that they help with contract negotiations, which helps in saving money or at least knowing a starting point for negotiations. It's also great having contract information all in one place.
