Additionally, Klaxoon is especially useful for collecting and organizing event proposals from international partners. It allows me to gather scattered input on one shared canvas, keeping everyone's contributions aligned and preventing any ideas from being lost. Plus, the setup was pretty simple, taking only a few days without significant issues.

I also love that guests can join sessions without the hassle of creating accounts; they can simply log in using a QR code, which makes interaction easy and seamless. I really like Klaxoon's Zoom integration feature. It lets us facilitate sessions directly within Zoom without needing to switch applications. Before this update, facilitators had to manage Zoom windows and classroom browser tabs simultaneously during each session, sharing screens back and forth depending on which tool needed focus. This used to increase attention and cognitive load during already demanding work. Now, with the board integrated inside the Zoom session, participants stay in one place throughout, which makes the experience much smoother for everyone. I also appreciate how the platform product teams actively listen to feedback and roll out changes and enhancements quickly based on real user input. This builds my confidence in the direction of the tools. New participants can join from a link without installing anything, and the interface is intuitive enough that most people can figure out their first session without needing instructions beforehand.
