The customization. We always say "everything is in pencil, not pen". Makes it easy for us to try out new workflows, make sure it works before transfering everything over. The user interface is easy to understand and does not require a lot of training from my end for the entire team. The support is great, I always get a speedy response from our rep whenever I need clarification or support.

As part of Cigna, I’ve been using Wrike for the last 8 months. It was a very new software for me at first, but I really like the UI design and find it very easy to navigate. One improvement I’d suggest is in the Gantt Chart: I’d like dependencies to be easier to create, because sometimes I run into issues when connecting one dependency to another. I also appreciate that it already offers integrations with multiple enterprise software tools, which reduces a lot of manual work. I’ve found it to be responsive in both the Windows application and the web version. It’s also much cheaper than other software, for example Smartsheet, which saves a lot of money for the organization. As an admin, I’ve onboarded multiple users and found it very easy to provide KT to new users. From my own experience, I was also new to the application, and it was still easy to utilize the functionality. Cigna AI has not been enabled yet, but I’ve tried a few functions as a beta tester. Summarizing and automating workflows felt much smoother compared to other competitive applications in the market.

I hate timesheets normally but the timer inside each task is easy enough that I actually use it. Click start when I begin something, click stop when I'm done, and it logs against the right project automatically. That's it, nothing fancy, but it means at the end of the week I'm not trying to remember what I did on Tuesday.
