I can quickly enter into the work space where i can see what each member of my team is currently doing to edit the project plan. The templates that are available were useful for drawing up a simple flow chart/task list in real time while holding a meeting. My hands hurt from typing today; at least i don’t have to use as many keystrokes to get through using the interface.
