I can quickly enter into the work space where i can see what each member of my team is currently doing to edit the project plan. The templates that are available were useful for drawing up a simple flow chart/task list in real time while holding a meeting. My hands hurt from typing today; at least i don’t have to use as many keystrokes to get through using the interface.

I use Wrike for keeping track of college assignments, group projects, and deadlines during the semester. What I like most is that after using it regularly, I stopped feeling like I had to remember where I left off every time I took a break from my work. I usually use task lists, due dates, and the board view. At first I thought I would only open it before submission dates, but I found myself checking it even while planning the next week's workload because it became easier to continue unfinished work instead of starting over. The best helpful thing was that I could come back after a busy few days and immediately know what needed my attention first.

I enjoy the clarity Klaxoon brings to complex situations in electric oven manufacturing, especially how it turns various calls and tasks into a story. I love that it makes the invisible work of project management visible to everyone else, which is quite rare in heavy industry. The initial setup of Klaxoon is easy, and this ease of use adds to its appeal.
