Great Dashboard, Minor Tweaks will Make a World of Difference

The dashboard shows some great information all at a bird's eye view. I like the dashboard the best because if you are on the phone with a client you can see a lot of data very quickly. I also love that when I log in I see my activities that are open and need to be addressed. I appreciate that if I want to see Past Due activities, and I set that as the filter the next time I log in the system remembers that I wanted to see the Past Due items and will show that information to me first. This makes it simpler to know what I need to address first. I don't know anything about pricing, that is not in my wheelhouse. Apparently, there are a lot of integrations that we are told will be helpful down the line but we are not currently utilizing them. I would love to be able to update one program and everything else we must update can be updated at the push of a button. that would save me a ton of time.

I love how QQCatalyst allows me to view all client information on one screen with quick access. I find it easy to navigate the site, making it straightforward to move around. I can easily search for clients by clicking on contacts or by using the search feature. Switching from Applied to QQCatalyst was a positive change for us because it simplifies tasks, allowing us to manage customer information and notes more efficiently. The initial setup was very easy, and that made a big difference. Overall, I rate QQCatalyst a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.
