The system has a lot of features that our old SIS did not have. It allows us to look at our data differently and combine data from different areas of the system (academics, admissions, development) with greater ease. System response is quick and running queries takes no time. The Implementation team and the Support team is responsive and knowledgeable and work to resolve issues and answer questions thoroughly. Extensive online knowledge base is also a plus. The portals and communication tools have been a game changer for us. The way in which information can be delivered to our Faculty in the portal has been transformative for many of our processes. Faculty are able to access much more information themselves without asking admin assistants to pull lists and reports for them. Parents have responded positively to the new portal also, and the flexibility to manage their own payments in student billing is a plus. Requiring all parents to set up VCPay has reduced the manual workload of our business office significantly. The parents' ability to use their VCPay wallet for payments across the system (event registration, summer programs, etc) has streamlined processing for them.

Veracross has a very robust set of modules that help you run your school. These include the registrar, to busienss, and development. Each module works very well with each other. Looking at the business modules the payment plan system is wonderful! I have worked in other systems in past jobs, but Veracrosses payment plan system above everyone elses. Also, they have a great customer support team that is very active at replying to cases and will even setup zooms if you need additional help. If they are missing a feature in their system there is a enhancement log you can make suggestions for future updates.
