It boasts a robust level of granularity, allowing the user to see the general breadth of verbatim Themes, dig into the sub-themes, and further into the sentiment of the open text itself. This, paired with the ability to filter the responses by segments, trend the data and themes over time, and visualize the impact of open text on KPIs such as NPS, makes it a potent tool for anyone looking to get insights.
