1. I used it for qualitative analysis and trending, and I liked the themes and sub-themes, and I can set it up to look at the data from different LoBs data set. 2. I liked the theme impact on the NPS score and compared them to period or another LoB; it drove the point and where to invest in improving the experience. And apply the trend, you would see if there were improvements or not. 3. I liked the customer sentiment score, which was an eye-opener to the team.
