User Friendly & Quick Learning Platform

The best abut Symtrain is that you can practice as much as you want, without any issues whatsoever. Also, you can easily learn how to use even if you have never used it before, so it has a great learning curve compared to most of the training platforms I've used in the past.

Symtrain Review

Symtrain has allowed us to do more hands-on trainings for our new associates at HOMELINK. It allows our new hires to get hands-on practice with our system and get comfortable with navigating without the fear of being in a real file for a real patient. I enjoy that Symtrain coninues to make improvements and takes the feedback from their users. We frequently have meetings with Symtrain to talk about how things are going and they've even met with us to show us some new things they're working on. When we have issues with the site, Symtrain is very quick to rectify the situation and help us get our associates into the site for their practices.

Amazing partners that care about end user performance improvement to drive business impacts & profit

System was easy to set up for admins/creators and simple for end-users to experience. The team at Symtrain are outstanding; quick to support at all hours and share best practices, provided guidance and help build content. Above all, we saw drastic improvement in our end-user KPI results class over class for new hire training due to the system usage. We were able to provide system practice 10 days sooner due to uncontrollable credential delays, allowing users to daily practice prior to using live system for the first time.
