What I like best about Symprex Email Signature Manager is how easy it makes something that’s usually a headache. Reliability – once it’s set up, it just works quietly in the background with minimal ongoing effort. Overall, it’s one of those tools that saves time, reduces risk, and delivers real marketing value with very little friction.

I find Signature 365 easy to use and powerful, thanks to its basic HTML structure and good scripting qualities. I particularly appreciate the fact that it is completely cloud-based, which allows for effective management of all tenant signatures at the team level.

It’s simple to implement in your environment. It’s user-friendly and easy to use. It does what it needs to do, and it’s great as well. I also love that when you edit a signature, it’s instantly visible in Outlook. Plus, you don’t have to send your email through their mail server.
