As an IT person, I find the web page of Signature 365 easy to use, and we rarely have any issues with it. It just works the way we need it to, making it a system you set up once and then allow marketing to update as needed, which is light touch and low maintenance. I also appreciate the flexibility Signature 365 offers by allowing us to add personal touches to signatures, catering to users who want custom titles or holidays while keeping it straightforward for those who prefer the standard format. The initial setup was really easy; we created a signature, cloned it, and made minor edits as needed. When we have random events we want to market, the marketing team can easily make changes without IT involvement.

It allows us to manage and unify the signatures of more than 200 users from a single place. Before, each user had to modify their signature manually and often they were outdated. Now we can update campaigns, seasons, or information changes in a centralized way and it is automatically applied to everyone.

It has made managing company signatures across platforms so easy. I no longer have issues deploying signatures for Outlook, Android, or Apple—everything is handled smoothly from a single place.
