What I like most about Signature 365 is how easily it creates clean, consistent email signatures across the entire company with zero daily maintenance. It links directly with Microsoft 365, meaning employee job titles, phone numbers, and departments update automatically in their signatures without anyone having to edit them manually. Staff can actually see their signature right in Outlook while typing an email—even on mobile—and IT can easily pass control to marketing to swap out promotional banners and logos without giving up system security. There are no issues in relation to performance and delays. Its cost effective and it was simple to setup and support were good to deal with.

Sign 365 continues to function to this day even 3 years after implementation without any strange glitches or troubleshooting.
