I like the simple operation of Signature 365 and that the end user doesn't have to update anything when we adjust a signature. This saves us a lot of time because we don't have to contact the end user with every rollout to request an update.

I like that Signature 365 is quite intuitive, especially in the initial setup. The automation of signatures and their updates is an important solution for me. Additionally, the centralized control helps me maintain consistency.

I find Signature 365 to be user-friendly, as I don't need to spend a lot of time configuring or installing it. It works seamlessly, and I don't have to babysit the system. The transition and migration have been smooth, and although we're doing the migration little by little, it's working fine for us right now. The product integrates well with Microsoft 365, and I don't have to install any client or agent, just enable Signature 365 for users. We haven't encountered any problems so far; it has been good for us. The support team, especially Jamie, is very helpful and knowledgeable, making the setup straightforward and easy. I can rely on them if issues arise. It's been pretty much plug and play for us.
