I like that StackAdapt doesn't have the delays in Facebook/Google client verification process and we haven't run into any random, erroneous ad approval issues. Client onboarding is super easy and doesn't require repetitive document uploads like Google. Targeting based on lists is crucial, especially in the political space, where we often need to target voters based on party or issue interest. We can upload our own list or use StackAdapt's preloaded L2 data, which is head and shoulders above Google. StackAdapt's audience targeting and inventory management are superior, making my tasks quicker and easier and our digital strategies more sophisticated. I also appreciate the customer service, as Luke Hartman is incredibly responsive to our needs. It feels like StackAdapt wants to be as helpful as possible, unlike Google or Facebook, where getting any timely response is rare and we don't have a dedicated team who knows us and our company. The platform itself does have a small learning curve, but it's not as steep as I anticipated.
I use StackAdapt for running programmatic campaigns at Seven West Media. The platform is very intuitive, with a very easy step-by-step setup process, and has a very easy-to-use interface, which means I can save time and make fewer mistakes when setting up campaigns. I find the dashboards and reporting very easy to use, providing necessary information quickly, which is very handy. The targeting abilities and built-in safety features, along with the user interface, are significantly better compared to the product we used previously. The initial setup was very easy with no issues.
StackAdapt's state-of-the-art platform is where some of the most progressive work in machine learning meets cutting-edge user experience. StackAdapt is designed around the three core pillars of programmatic—planning, executing and analyzing.
