I like the customization options for each clients campaigns. Every client is different so it is imperative to have that flexibility. The platform is also very easy to navigate.

I have been blown away by StackAdapt's capabilities from a DSP, creative optimization and measurement standpoint but I am most satisfied with the high touch level of customer service I receive from my account and creative teams.

The customer support team was responsive, and account management made a genuine effort to assist us throughout the test. Despite their efforts, the results did not meet expectations, and we ultimately found better efficiency and ROI with other platforms.
