RB2B was easy to implement. No tech person needed. The integration worked perfectly out of the box, no mapping or filters needed. It is SO easy to connect with our website visitors on LinkedIn from the Slacks. The built-in alerts and Slack channel are perfect for out-of-box use with no lag time. We can see the relevant information immediately and know what to put in our first email based on their title and the pages they visited. [Update] You can now filter which visitors get pushed through to alerts/Slack and your CRM/MAP, so that's really nice not having your reps wade through non-ICP visitors.
