The flexibility of the platform is what got me. PPT upload, quizzes, certificates, all in one place. That combination fits my specific needs without having to stitch together separate tools. The invite based enrollment was something I appreciated more than I expected. Employees don't have to join anything or set up an account. I push the invites, and they just take the course. That removed a friction point I'd been working around for a long time. Unlimited courses can be added to my plan, which means I stopped having to think about what to deprioritize. The support team was patient and available after the first call. One rep, especially, who emailed answers to questions I had after we spoke. That kind of follow through isn't something I take for granted. The platform is easier than a lot of sites I've tried. The first few times working on it, I needed help, which I'll be honest about. But that's a first week problem, not an ongoing one.

The contextual in-app help stood out immediately. Field staff get answers right inside the tools they're using instead of hunting through a separate portal, which cut down a lot of "where do I find X" questions to managers. Support has been solid too. Real answers, fast, whenever we've hit a snag. What really sold us long-term is the room to grow. Role-based access and structured permissions mean we're not going to outgrow this as we scale across locations, and it's priced well for what you get.

I began using it around 10 years ago and it is very simple to use. What I like best is that it allows me to create my own courses online without any additional seat costs. I can make as many quizzes as I want for the same cost as the basic program. I have 31 active courses and when they are no longer needed, I can archive them and reactivate anytime if needed again. Quizmaker has so many features in the basic model, too many to list. There is a paid version upgrade but so far I've had no need to upgrade, it does that much! In the 10 years I've used it, I've contacted customer support maybe 3 or 4 times, it works that well. My last contact with customer support was with Prashant, the results screen was not showing the result. He responded the same day and the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. I mainly use Quizmaker for Safety Training but because I can add as many courses as I want, I use it for operational training as well. I'm very happy with Quizmaker, an LMS would do more but the cost is also much higher. To do what I am doing, Quizmaker is the best and most cost effective on the market that I've found with the best customer service I've encountered on a product that almost never requires support.
