Reliable Dealer File Sharing, but Permissions Need Oversight

I like Progress ShareFile’s upload request link, having one current folder per dealer segment, and the download notification. Sending a link instead of an attachment fixed the problem with files not coming through. Setup was easy, and the vendor onboarding rep walked me through external user rights on a call. We were fully live in about two weeks, and it’s been running clean for about a year.
