The system's ease of use and the approachability of the support staff are particular highlights. Having seen them grow considerably through my 3-4 years with Plytix, they've still made sure to maintain those points. This is a first PIMS for myself and the business I work within and the experience couldn't have gone better so far. E-Catalogue's offered by the system are also a highlight and have been a huge success to our business, internally and externally.

The user interface is intuitive and easily understandable.

I like that it's easy to access product data through the user interface or the REST API. The API is great for distributing data to our internal systems like the ERP system and warehouse management system. The Shopify connector is really helpful for setting up our store and website. I love that whenever there is a change in our product data, we can just push the updated products to the store, and Shopify does all the rest without any manual work. The initial setup was quick and we were able to get everything running within a couple of days by uploading our product data from a CSV file.
