The UI is clean and easy to use, you can find things fast and it stays manageable even with a lot of SKUs and assets. Exports and integrations work well, setting up feeds and mapping fields is pretty straightforward, and effective. Performance is reliable. The platform runs smoothly day to day, even with larger datasets. Bulk edits save a lot of time when you need to update many products at once. Pricing feels fair for what you get, especially since it replaces a lot of manual work. Support has been great. Our account manager Karina has been super helpful, quick to respond, and just really easy to work with. AI features are still developing, but the core system already does what we need really well.
