Mostly intuitive platform and available contact to answer queries/explain features in timely manner. For example, Salma and Jon have been very responsive to our needs and created alternative solutions for our image mapping requirements.

There are many aspects of Plytix that I like. Regarding usability, I find it simple, clean, and understandable. This is the foundation for managing large amounts of data. Regarding integrations, it is probably the most important aspect, for which we chose Plytix. I am particularly interested in Shopify and WordPress. It is true that there is not yet a native integration for WordPress, but the ability to fully customize a data feed to pass to an importer is important for undertaking any project. Regarding performance, nothing to say, the work is always smooth and without hitches. Considering the amount of data, even the synchronizations are fast. The price is certainly reasonable for the service offered, it can be increased by adding other features but in my experience, they are worth the cost. The support is absolutely the flagship of Plytix, always present both with the account manager and with technical support, from pre-sale, to onboarding, to bug management. Regarding AI, however, I have no experience because my use of it is still limited.

I find Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM easy to use and fully adaptable to individual needs, which makes it easy to customize. I really appreciate the easy onboarding experience and the customer support, which is described as nice and super helpful with swift responses. During our onboarding, there was close collaboration with someone from Plytix who was always there to help, making the initial setup very easy.
