I really like the fact that PayHOA is multi-user and user friendly, allowing all members of our HOA to access and use it for their needs. Another thing I appreciate is that all bills are paid through the system and recorded, making our financial statements and expenses transparent to all members and users. It's also great that they're continuously adding functionality, like the resource scheduling module for community resources and the ability to hold elections using their voting module for officers.

Easy to make online payments and autopay makes it easier, and the UI is great

I like that each homeowner has their own dashboard, which gives our homeowners visibility of their expenses as well as any fees or dues for our neighborhood. Homeowners can also email the board with any maintenance needs or issues that they need resolved. The PayHOA team made the initial setup pretty seamless, and we were able to upload all the names and addresses from the county register.
