I like how PayHOA makes it seamless and simple to set up all the units, the owners, and the payments. It's great that it tracks water bills and HOA dues, and it's useful for setting out the budget and seeing profit and loss statements. I appreciate having everything in one spot, letting us track payments, send invoices, and manage transactions all from one place. It's pretty cool that I can also handle payables, track vendors, broadcast messages, track violations, set up requests, and even manage our own site. The website builder, surveys, calendars, voting, and messaging the board are features I find a lot, and I enjoy having the AI chatbot to help answer my questions. Although it could use improvements, I primarily like the report section and the different types of individual reports it provides. The balance sheet, general ledger, profit and loss statement, and budgets are what I use the most. It's got all the necessities for us and has made our transition to managing the HOA internally pretty smooth.

The system is well designed for its purpose. For example, I can access information by resident name, home location, or payment status. The menu is intuitive, and it’s easy to find the information I need. The support is also very good—they respond quickly and provide knowledgeable answers.

I love how PayHOA allows us to self-manage our HOA smoothly, integrating our bank account seamlessly and importing all our data to keep everything up-to-date. The customer service is absolutely exemplary, with their team being kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. We've had two online training sessions where they helped train our board members, making it really easy to integrate everything. The messaging system where residents can submit maintenance requests or notifications is also really handy.
