The owner portal has been great! It has made it much easier to invoice owners and to collect their payments, and to stay on top of accounts receivable. The UI is pretty good, and it provides good value for the price.

I appreciate PayHOA's simplicity and their responsive customer service. Their tiered pricing structure is helpful since it allows us to stay in a lower tier due to our small community size, which is really beneficial. I like that they have additional features like a website tool, even if we haven't used them yet, it's nice to have options available. The initial setup was easy, though it took some time. I also value their efficiency in addressing any minor user interface issues through their customer support.

The PayHOA automation includes lockbox and direct posting of debits from your bank account. Great amounts of time are saved for a very low cost.
