I really like the ease of working with the program and its features. The site itself makes for easy navigation, which is great for recording deposits and paying vendors. It's also very easy to record to the appropriate owner. The initial setup was very easy, and the representative was helpful.

The support is fantastic. The modules within PayHOA are easy to use. Also, it offers tremendous flexibility around permission-based access for multiple people that exist on a board for an HOA.
