I like that Omnea is user friendly and has a good setup that's easy to navigate. It seems modern. I appreciate the clear workflow/process steps for vendor onboardings, contract renewals, and purchases. It really helps that it automates work for the Privacy and Security teams. I value that all vendor-related records are maintained with clear evidence of processes. I like the automatic assignment of steps, the ability to customize fields easily, and the helpful notifications. The easy approvals and the fact that I can see all workflow steps are great. The integration with Ironclad and Netsuite works well without major triggers.

Omnea implementation was very easy and they've been extremely responsive. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and they've been receptive to ideas for new functionality.
