I love how entirely configurable the set up is. For a non-procurement expert this is essential to be able to easily consider and set up our workflows. This has driven engagement with the wider team as well as they can easily see how Omnea can help them. The workflow builder UI is intuitive and and immediate, meaning the performance of the system can be continually tweaked, without having to make major changes, or wait for developers to assist. We have been able to easily translate our existing processes into the system adding multi layered functionality along the way. The support from the Omnea team has been excellent. Our main point of contact was very knowledgeable and always available - no request was too big or small.
