Omnea provides us with a highly customizable platform where change is efficiently built and deployed using my own resources to accommodate change and enhancements. The platform also creates a process flow which is transparent, far more efficient and allows to centrally store decisions and artefacts. The structured and consistent process orchestration also keeps our business safe in a highly regulated industry, removing the risk of human error. And lastly, the experience for our third parties has vastly improved by making us easier to do business with by leveraging AI capability to support their due diligence responses.

The UI is very simple and easy to navigate. The low-code environment is also straightforward to work with. Their live support team is responsive and helpful when I need assistance.

The intuitive UI makes it easy for our end users to understand and navigate. We primarily use it to manage supplier onboarding and contract management.<br><br>For the long term we'll explore the embedded Procurement functionality and how this could be integrated with our ERP system (Workday).
