The continued support after go-live has also been unlike anything we experienced with our legacy systems. They integrate seamlessly with our ERPs, and whenever we’ve needed something custom, their team has been quick to build it. They’re also at the forefront of bringing the power of AI into the tool, which aligns well with our company’s AI ambitions. Overall, we’ve seen a sharp increase in user adoption thanks to how easy it is to use.

I like that Omnea is user friendly and has a good setup that's easy to navigate. It seems modern. I appreciate the clear workflow/process steps for vendor onboardings, contract renewals, and purchases. It really helps that it automates work for the Privacy and Security teams. I value that all vendor-related records are maintained with clear evidence of processes. I like the automatic assignment of steps, the ability to customize fields easily, and the helpful notifications. The easy approvals and the fact that I can see all workflow steps are great. The integration with Ironclad and Netsuite works well without major triggers.
