I liked Moneypenny for its live answering service, which made callers feel special and allowed for information to be passed to the correct staff member efficiently. It was great that they told callers whether or not the person was available or not, and they would take a message if not. I thought it was very nice that they could ferret out spam calls and let us know if it was a marketer or just someone trying to get through. Their software was very easy to install and walk through for what we wanted for scripting.

It's easy to update. I've had to program an old phone system before where it used a dedicated computer with a special program and this is much easy.
