I have a great experience with Market Logic. The customer support team is excellent, and the product is built with ease. I found nothing bad, so everything worked great. The initial setup was easy, and although we couldn't access the FTP site to upload data, using the Market Logic Knowledge Center worked fine enough for us.

I use Market Logic to house all our Consumer Insight work and keep a record of our Front End Innovation work. I like that they are very efficient and incredibly responsive, which helps me get things done quickly and well. I've enjoyed working with them in my previous company and in my current role.

I like how much time it saves our insights team. We can go from answering requests to teams self-serving and getting smart answers via the platform.
