The pricing is very reasonable for the value it provides. The insights from session recordings and heatmaps help us quickly identify issues, improve the customer experience, and increase conversions. Overall, we feel that Lucky Orange offers good value for money.

Basically everything that Google Ads doesn't provide at the moment. Beyond that, the insight about where users seem to be lost or blocked. LO helps us to bring a better UX in general, and unlock bottlenecks. Integration is seemless, the tool are performants, AI leverage in summarizing/reporting about the data, and really the solution worth it's price and is affordable, especially when comparing to the concurrence. I didn't need to reach the support team yet, but during the testing phase my only request has been treated with great care.

There are now better composites + summaries of data. It's a lot easier to get a general snapshot of activity vs. having to review multiple sessions.
