I like the ui of lucky orange it is very clean and easy to navigate. The creation of seperate profiles is also very convenient and we are able to view the history of each profiles and view their individual sessions. Being able to see what exactly they added to cart is another thing that i find beneficial. Its integration with shopify was very easy and it was simple for me to set up no issues and the support was good as well.

Switched from HotJar and FullStory to LuckyOrange for the features and lower price point

I've been using Lucky Orange on my Shopify store while getting it ready for launch. The free tier has been particularly useful because it has allowed me to install it on the live store and actually see how the service works before committing to a paid plan. I've used the visitor recordings and heatmap features to see how people interact with pages and whether there are areas of the site that may need improving. The Shopify integration was straightforward to set up and I like being able to check real visitor behaviour rather than relying purely on standard analytics. For a small new store, having a usable free tier makes it much easier to evaluate whether the additional features of a paid plan would be worthwhile as traffic grows.
