I like that there is the app, but most importantly there are humans behind the app that you can interact with to ask questions, get clarification, etc. I like that someone is paying attention in the background. We were with a competitor before and they basically deserted us after the onboarding process. But at Kintsugi, they are there through the whole process. We've now filed 2 quarterly Sales Tax Reports and everything went smoothly.

Kintsugi’s intuitive interface is informative but simple and easy to navigate. We had a single, live human onboard us (shout out to Jonathan!) and he was smart, friendly, and responsive. That process was mostly smooth, and the platform’s automation capabilities helped us streamline our workflows almost immediately. I especially appreciate how easy it is to integrate Kintsugi with our existing tools, which saves us tons of time and reducing manual work. I'm so glad fellow execs agreed to let me try Kintsugi instead of deferring to Avalara!

I don't have to think about sales tax or worry about deadlines/ where I'm exposed. It feels like a member of my personal team is helping and the customer service is amazing.
